What we are

Level Guided is an engineering service. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and nothing on this site or in our reports is a legal opinion. Decisions about a complaint, a settlement or a defense are between you and your attorney.

What we do not promise

No vendor can certify a website as "ADA compliant"; there is no certifying body and no legal safe harbor, and no amount of remediation can guarantee that a lawsuit will not be filed or will be dismissed. What we do is remove the barriers our scan and manual testing find, verify the result with keyboard and screen-reader testing, and document the work.

Free scan

The free scan is automated plus a short manual review of key templates. It is a snapshot of the pages we tested on the day we tested them and is provided as-is.

Remediation work

Paid work is governed by a written statement of work that sets the scope, price, schedule and acceptance criteria. Work is done on a duplicate of your theme through Shopify Theme Access (or the equivalent on other platforms); your live store is changed only when you publish. Payment is due at the start of the engagement unless the statement of work says otherwise.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the outcome of any legal matter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida.
